With her friendly and approachable nature, Karen takes pride in ensuring every aspect of property management is handled with professionalism and care, making the leasing process smooth and stress-free for both owners and tenants. Karen’s expertise lies in providing strategic recommendations to maximise rental returns, and ensuring property owners are matched with the highest-quality tenants. She takes a proactive and hands-on approach, always striving to exceed expectations and deliver a seamless experience.

Karen initially worked as a Real Estate Valuer’s Secretary, where she developed a strong foundation in the industry. Over the years, she has built extensive knowledge of the Boroondara, Stonnington, and Bayside markets, having worked in these areas for numerous years. Her deep understanding of the local rental landscape allows her to offer valuable insights and tailored advice to her clients.

Originally from Tasmania, Karen now resides in Balwyn North. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, day trips to the country, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. However, her greatest joy comes from being with her children.
