Exuding positivity, Melanie’s daily objective is to assist clients, contractors and the Shelter team to achieve their outcomes, whilst brightening their day with a smile and her amiable personality.
Melanie’s intuition, thoughtfulness and compassion enables her to consistently deliver a positive client experience. Her innate understanding of the emotional process of buying, selling or renting, ensures clients receive the best-in-class experience as they start their next chapter of their property journey. Melanie is integral to the BTS of Shelter and works closely with each department to ensure a smooth daily operation of the office as a whole.
Melanie also actively builds and nurtures relationships with local community groups and organisations to foster engagement, collaborate on community initiatives and create meaningful connections between Shelter and our beloved local area.
Originally from Adelaide but now a long-term Boroondara resident, in her free time Melanie keeps busy with calisthenics competitions, spending time with her two children, and enjoys escaping to the seaside when she can.
We have two strategically placed offices; our Glen Iris office is positioned on the border between Boroondara & Stonnington, and our Brighton office is situated in the heart of Bayside; enabling us to capitalise on multiple municipalities and engage with buyers, owners and renters across Boroondara, Stonnington, Bayside and beyond.
