With a keen eye for presentation and a passion for people, Melanie plays an integral role in ensuring every campaign is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard. Melanie’s positivity and genuine thoughtfulness allows her to approach each property campaign with optimism and understanding, creating an enjoyable experience for our vendors.

After managing Shelter’s client services department for many years, moving into an advertising role within Shelter was a natural progression for Melanie. Melanie’s time on the front desk gave her a strong foundation in our day-to-day operations and a deep understanding of the client experience. Known for her warm approach and ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Melanie brings that same level of care to showcasing our properties. 

Melanie also actively builds and nurtures relationships with local community groups and organisations to foster engagement, collaborate on community initiatives and create meaningful connections between Shelter and our beloved local area.

Originally from Adelaide but now a long-term Boroondara resident, in her free time Melanie keeps busy with calisthenics competitions, spending time with her two children, and enjoys escaping to the seaside when she can.
