Adin Bloomer
Head of Learning & Development
Adin is responsible for facilitating, executing, and sustaining the company’s strategic learning and development initiatives, aligning operations and advocate of cultural empowerment. Adin oversees the company’s Sales division, along with management and expansion planning.
Prior to joining Shelter, Adin was the Head of Drama at Melbourne Grammar School, Wadhurst, where she also specialised in English and History, sitting on the MGS Curriculum Committee, and curating productions. Before her involvement in education, Adin started her career in real estate working for Melbourne’s most exclusive luxury residential agencies and leading agents across Boroondara, Stonnington and Bayside. Adin is also trained as an Auctioneer and specialised Projects. Adin had a thriving career in FMCG serving at Cadbury/Kraft in the Sales Division of Export, Foodservice, Demand Planning and Strategy.
Adin is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology and a mother of two young boys, Louis and Xavier.
