Below are the trades that are working over the break, we have given them all instructions to only action urgent repairs and will not be actioning any work on Christmas Day. Please keep in mind that we have 24 hours to action an Urgent repair under the Residential Tenancies Act, if you have called the trade, please send them a text message with all of the details and they will endeavor to get back to you promptly.
